Terms and Conditions
1. All product packages include a presentation of the preliminary design concept for approval by the customer (email/text message preferred) and one final review by the customer before final file delivery.
2. Customer provides all final text before design process begins. Additions, alterations, edits etc. to text after design process begins will be charged extra at a rate of $15/hr.
3. Customer will provide any images they wish to use; otherwise, Ruckus Creations designer will select images from in-house image library unless some other arrangement is made and specified in the Contract. All images must be print quality 300 dpi images; otherwise Ruckus Creations will request permission from Customer to retouch image for print quality at the specified rate ($20/hr).
4. A Contract will be signed between Customer and Ruckus Creations before any design work begins.
5. All final products are digital (in PSD, PDF and JPEG format) unless professional print services are requested and specified in the Contract.
